I lived at OWT for 3 yrs. and it was a constant headache. We had squirrels that ate through the ceiling to get into our living space, the basements flood 2-3's a month "and it was'nt clean water coming back up", they have termites, roaches and mold grows rampid in the upstairs bathrooms due to improper ventalation. Several of the buildings are sinking into the ground and well, the list is just to long. For your own safty, your family and friends find somewhere else to live. Whoever said they loved it must have been paid. Big P.S. there is'nt even enough parking for each unit to have 2 spaces!!!!!
