OT is an older property, and fixtures and decor. show that. I heard stories similar to the previous reviewers, but my own unit was comfortable with no problems. (New) management did well with the few maintenance items I had. Parking can be tricky after 9 p.m. Quietest units are to the southwest, away from Fort and Grand Streets. Clientele is good--a mix of students and families. Best of all, pay rent on time, take care of your unit, and they'll return all your deposit. (At least they did mine.)
