This apartment complex isn't the best but it is the cheapest and biggest around. There are 3 floors with an empty basement. maintence does a descent job of fixing things on time. Management is really friendly - but changes often. I have lived here almost 3 years and been through 3 different managers. The most rescent is the nicest though. Not the best neighborhood but good for college students. Can be loud when your neighbors have parties. Overall its a damn good deal for 540 with free cable and 3 bedrooms 2 bath. Oh yeah parking sucks at night.
