I too used to work for this hell hole. I wouldn't recommend it to ----- himself but he runs the place anyway. It is being managed by a child with no idea how to run it. I've been here 6 years and all I've got for it is MOLD, FLOODED basement (water was left in for a week until he decided oh I might wanna help my tenants) tile comming up in my kitchen, holes in the ceiling leaky roof I could go on and on. When hundreds of dollars worth of damage has been done (due to a still flooded basement going on two weeks now) he evicts you and ruins your chances for living anywhere else. I WILL be taking pictures of my damages to court and I sincerely hope everyone else does the same who had stuff ruined. This place isn't worth your time unless you are a glutton for punishment!! BEWARE!!!
