I've lived here almost a year. Considering they were built in the 70's I think that they are in decent condition. We have had sewer, plumbing, and air conditioning problems but John had it all taken care of immediately (the same day.) These apartments are huge and don't feel like an apartment at all. Hey, I have friends who pay the same amount for rent but are living in a shoe box. Yeah, things go wrong occasionally but it's not like we have to pay for it so I don't know what these other people on here are complaining about. If you bought house that was this old it would have the same issues......but it would come out of your pocket. We love it here and are definitely renewing our lease.
