I lived in the townhouses for a year and it was utterly disgusting. We constantly had black bugs crawling outside and inside the townhouse and bees flying around inside! I was stung twice in my own bedroom! This problem was only fixed after 3 requests for extermination of these pests. We also spotted a mouse inside and were given glue traps. We found the mouse dead in one of the traps a month later. The carpets are dirty and stained and the appliances are ancient. The manager and maintenance were very nice and accomodating, but the townhouse themselves are run down and are in dire need of remodeling.
