Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived in these apartments for a year and made 3 complaints about an upstairs neighbors because it sounded like a cirus above my head and I thought they were going to crash into my living room at any time and nothing was done about it I know this for a fact because I confronted my upstairs neighbor. Police are constantly at the buildings or close by because there is always trouble
