I was staying with my friend for a few weeks in this apartment complex. It seemed ok at first, the noise wasnt too bad except you could hear every time they flushed and shut a door. Then one day when it was raining I walked into the kitchen and it was flooded! The flood quickly spread over the entire apartment.EVERYONE on the bottom floor was having this problem. The maintenace man came in with a WET VAC, which was the most feeble attempt I have ever seen from a person to fix a problem. I had to wait in the hall with my baby for my b/f to pick me up, and the manager, Anne, didnt even offer to let me wait in the office. The rest of the upstairs residents saw me and asked what had happened, and they were very inconsiderate. I mean, If I had seen a woman and her baby waiting in the hallway for 2 hours, I would have offered them a dry place to wait. To top it off, as soon as 5 oclock came around, where were the maintenace' Where was the manager and landlord' At their nice dry homes. Weeks have gone by with only cheap, weak attempts to fix anything. There is black mold everywhere, they lifted up the carpet and pointed a fan underneath as if that would do any good! Oh yea and my friends windshield was broken with a baseball bat for no reason last year. I have had wonderful landlords, and to know that my good friend is being screwed by these lowlifes disgusts me. Unless you want rude,lazy, awful management, I would RUN as far away as possible. Trust me people,this place is cheap for a reason. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
