Good place for college students. Adequate facilities, reasonable rent, great location. I intend to stay here for another year.
So, on the Simpson scale of 1-10, 1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest and 5 being average, I rate this place... a 9. Any questions' No' Then I'll just submit.
