college apartments and nothing else

I lived in Southwinds for 2.5 years, in a 2 bedroom apt and a townhouse. They are great apartments for college students, close to the SMSU campus and the bars downtown; overall a good experience. The buildings are not brand new and the stairs squeek sometimes, buy hey, the location is great.
