I don't know how in the world someone could have found the office staff (managers) not of great help, and the apartments not to be up to standards. I myself and even co-workers have lived there and NEVER have we had any issues with the management, or the apartments. The man who is the manager was very friendly, and very helpful to say the least. I think that maybe the solution here is to understand the contract before moving in anywhere. The lease clearly states the resolution to any issues that may be faced in the future. The post here seem to me as if they are out of anger from things that were not done correctly on the tenant side of things. My opinion again, but I just am amazed that there are problems with the same complex that I called home up till a couple of months ago. Never did we have and problems, but then again we made sure that we did things correctly and we left things nice and neat at move out time.
