I am currently a resident at Strawberry Fields and am quite frankly appalled at the lack of transparency, ethical and legal transactions, and extreme unprofessionalism.

Although I have my own personal complications with management, I would encourage all who consider this residency to think twice before signing the lease. I am a temporary resident to Missouri from the the northeast and thought I could save a lot of money by staying here. Not only has my landlord misquoted his legal responsibility, he has sent irresponsible people to assist me with questionable entry. This is out of order and scary - I am glad I do not have children or other tenants living with me as this is not safe or dependable environment.

Before renting anywhere, get a copy of the Greene County Housing Authority's tenant manual to review your rights. Also, get a copy of the Attorney General's tenant/landlord rights and regulations manual. My landlord has broken some of these rights - which are cause for legal reprimand.

It seems like a great financial deal, but it is not worth the hassle. I think it is more important to do business with true and honest business people. I am not saying this out of anger, I am trying to eliminate future issues such as I have faced. For a business person's with a master's and doctoral degree, I have made a logical decision to suggest you look somewhere else.

I certainly agree with you. I too, have questions about the rights, and legalities of what is going on here at Strawberry Fields. I thank you for writing the truth. You have helped me and hopefully other's living here or deciding whether to rent here.

You're right, he's the worst manager I have ever dealt with. Very shady practices going on. I personally think he's on something. Have you tried to hold a conversation with him? The man is somewhere mentally but its not here on Earth.

Wow, I totally agree with you. You can't move on to the next topic of conversation because he's already hanging up the phone on you before you can get another word out. I wonder how many other people are fed up with this guy?
