Perfect apartment.

I am just about finished with my one year lease at the Greens... and I have zero complaints. I am moving from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom at the end of the month... I can only hope the one bedroom will be as nice as the two bedroom I have now.
The Greens apartments cost more than any other apartment you may find in springfield, but you get more. For $625 a month I get the following:
2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms with a washer and dryer IN THE APARTMENT.
Free cable (it's really DirecTV)
Game room with pool, hot tub, ping pong, tanning beds, internet, tv, gym, pools and more... (pizza party every month)
CLEAN... NO BUGS! I broke a lease at University Park Apartments because it was infested with Brown Recluse spiders... since I have moved to the Greens I have not seen one single spider.
Plus you live on a freaking golf course...
The one bedroom I am moving to is going to be $515 a month so I will be saving over $100... I really really hope it's as nice at this apartment.

This place is a perfect for anyone that can afford it.
The one thing that does suck is how rent is paid. You must have a checking account on file with them and they automatically take it out on the 3rd of the month.
