Probably the nicest apartment complex in Springfield. The major problem for most people is that it's on the Northside. I have an apartment near I-44 and can hear noise from the highway sometimes. As far as the apartment goes, no complaints. Very nice carpet, newer applainces, washer and dryer,free cable, 4 free rounds of golf per month, great exersise room, pool, hot tub, and sauna. Well maintained. Great for students and young professionals. If you can afford it, and don't mind driving 15 minutes to downtown or campus, I recommend it.
