They show you a really nice model apartment but will not let you view the apartment that you will get prior to signing the lease. Once you sign the lease they are extremely rude to you after that. At one time the lady even said, you signed the lease, there is nothing you can do... Needless to say the bathroom ceiling was slowly sinking in due to a water leak from the apartment above. I reported it several times over three months and they refused to fix it. I even had digital pictures of the ceiling leaking. The floor plan and the model apartment has walk in closets. The one bedroom that I received did not have a walk in closet. The cable is actually dish and goes out with the slightest bit of bad weather. The high speed internet is the same, poor speeds and goes out with bad weather. They might as well be section 8. Do not rent from them.

i totally agree with you there. My heater when out last winter and it took them four days to come and fix it. Temperatures were below freezing. Also my water heater went out more than once. Everytime I told them they would do nothing about it. I finally gave up and had my boyfriend look at it and he fixed it after a day looking at it. This winter they have done nothing about the icy driveways and i almost slid off the road one morning on my way to work.

my one-bedroom apt at The Greens has a walk-in closet. are you serious with some of these pictures... i never even noticed the panel above the microwave. It's an apartment, not a permanent home so why do you expect every design aspect to be perfect? the water leak is a concern but some of this stuff is nitpicking. who cares if there are 3 cobwebs in the apartment when you moved in? I bet you don't clean your apartment to have zero specks of dust in it. also my cable has gone out like 2 or 3 times total in over a year... considering i don't have to pay anything extra for it that's a pretty good deal. The Greens has nice amenities.

Oh my gosh! I thought this was my same apartment when I looked at it! My AC leaked so much water it soaked my new mattress. When the staff came to fix it, they stepped on my matress and busted a spring. I had just bought it 2 weeks ago!!! Then, one night while I was sleeping under it, the AC intake door swung open and hit me in the chin, dumped the pan of water on my body that the maint staff had balanced up there and a dirty air filter. It actually cut my chin. I had requested that they fix the AC 5 times. It's really a nasty, dirty place to live. I'm moving out in 2 months and I CANNOT wait!!! The management staff is rude!

I agree, the place has nice amenities. The apartments are terrible, the staff is rude and the maintenance people are incompetant. If you didn't have to live there or deal with the staff it would be a great place. In regards to the walk in closet. There are two sides to each building. One side faces the golf course and the other side faces the parking lot. I chose the side that faces the parking lot to be able to have an eye on my car. I have been told that the side that faces the golf course is nicer but it also costs more. Neither are cheap for what you get. Here are some photos from when I lived there. I wasn't impressed. I have rented from slum lords who provide a cleaner apartment on move in day. If you looked at the model apartment you would understand my frustration as the apartment that I was given was no where near as nice as the model apartment. Like a car sales man showing you a Harley Davidson motorcycle and then giving you a scooter.
