Staff is rude, apartments are gross. The apt they show you is really nice. The one you move into will have yellowed laminate, stained carpet, scratched tile, ect. My AC leaked so much water it soaked and destroyed my new mattress. When the staff came to fix it, they stepped on my matress and busted a spring. Then, one night while I was sleeping under it, the AC intake door swung open and hit me in the chin, dumped the pan of water on my body that the maint. staff had balanced up there and dropped a dirty air filter on me. The intake door actually cut my chin. I had requested that they fix the AC 5 times. When they did come to fix it, the maintenance staff left a disgusting #2 in the bathroom. The smoke detectors would go off every hour for no reason. You'll unplug them the first week - the apt staff even told me to unplug them and said they have them unplugged in their apartments. lol. It's really a nasty, dirty place to live. Lease is up in 3 months and I CANNOT wait to get out of there!!!
