The Greens

We told the Greens that we needed a 3-month lease, but were told all they had were 6-month leases but that after 3 months we could break our lease and they would work with us. Said they work with people all the time. Then our ferfigerator started making a loud horrible noise that kept you up at night, it was so loud you couldn't even hear the TV. So we wote a maintaince complaint like it says to in the lease, nothing was done. So about a week later we called and they said they would fix it right away. Another week goes by and nothing. So now we here are almost a month later and guess what the fridge is still broke. well now's its been 3 months since we moved in and we need to move like we told them and guess what, they want us to pay them $1950.00 because they don't work with people. So we get out our lease and it says in writing that we have maintaince problems that are not resolved within 7 days we will get our deposit back and will not have to pay anything else. Remember the fridge?? So now we are telling them this and they say call coporate office. So we do and they want us to send in paperwork and the office told us they don't do paperwork because it always gets lost. DO NOT LIVE AT THE GREENS. They are rude, inconsiderate, dishonest and just plain nasty!!!
