We have lived here for 4 months and have had at least 8 things go wrong including our fridge leaking and flooding our apartments twice to our hot water going out and not being fixed for 4 days! The management is extremely rude and don't care at all!! They didn't salt at all when it iced and snowed saying if they did it would be a liability! The lighting is terrible at night it feels very unsafe. The rent is WAY too high for all the crap you have to put up with! Thank God we only got a 6 month lease because we are getting out of here as soon as possible!!!!

Sounds like a bad experience, but not everyone has had that experience... I've lived in two different apts at The Greens and all my appliances were working fine. Most reported problems were dealt with promptly except for removing birds nests from the upstairs walkways (they never did).
I think the lighting is just fine. They do not salt the roads enough in bad weather though.
