Before moving into The Greens I read this and got terrified. I moved anyway and it's amazing! (Never take advise from people who cannot even speak proper english) Obviously the models are going to be nicer they have thousands of dollars of nice furniture in there! The apartments are really nice and the staff is nice. The amenities are awesome, free golf, fitness center, basketball, tennis, pool, tanning beds and hot-tub/sauna. It is definitely worth the money. Don't let these reviews scare you!! They're GREAT! =)

Most of us who complained about the models versus what we received had nothing to do with the furniture. Hate to tell you but some of us have nice furniture. The complaint was that the actual apartment did not match the model, eg, closets, dimensions, etc. You sound very young and easily influenced by the "bling" of the clubhouse and extras. I haven't seen anyone complain about the clubhouse. It is one of the few things they actually do right.

I must agree with shasco; Abercrombie0813, I am not stupid - in fact - I hold a Master's degree and I am a professor at a local college. You have been easily influenced. Unfortunately you too will find that the greens do not live up to their own hype.

I agree with the above two. I too hold an advance degree and know a crappy apartment when I see it! I lived in these when they were brand new-I was the first in my apartment, and they were still built horribly, cheap,cramped and overpriced. The staff were all new, and just hateful as hell. The tanning bed was awful, I could of laid in there for 5 hours and not even been pink. The pool and hot tub were never clean, very gross! Apparently this person is easily impressed with overpriced mediocrity.

wow a masters degree that must make u smart. This place is great. I will have to say that Abercrombie0813 knows what he is talking about. Eveything was just how they said it would be.

This place is over $100 cheaper than the place I lived previously. Be informed and have perspective before calling something over priced and cramped. This place is nice enough and relatively quick drive to anywhere in springfield since its rift on the highway. I don't need concierge service and I'm fully capable of making my place nice. I feel perfectly safe here. Plan to sign a second lease too! I highly recommend The Greens at Springfield!

Haha wow, I didn't know people would get so college degree on me! People are offended so easily. Well, not that anyone cares but I lived at the Greens for three years and absolutely loved it! Sorry I didn't "find out that they didn't live up to the hype". Although owning my own home is much nicer, obviously, I will always recommend the Greens! If I ever have to live in apartment again these will definitely be the ones! I only had ONE problem in the entire three years and three different apartments (because of roommate moves and such) and they fixed it the same day! And yes, the amenities were great, I guess I'm just so young and impressionable that cool free stuff really makes me happy!!! (Was the sarcasm evident through text?)
