I unfortunately have to concur with a number of the other negative reviews. We have lived here for almost seven months, and we have had too many problems. Yes, maintenance does TEND to get here quickly, but they insult your intelligence by their rudeness and stupidity. We've had A/C problems, under-cabinet leaks, filters changed not-very-often, broken windows, cigarette butts thrown around our door...you name it. The management is rude beyond belief and play incredibly dumb when you get irritated with them for not dealing with a problem. When maintenance does arrive, they usually have to be called back because they don't deal with the problem correctly the first time. Doorjambs have obviously been installed incorrectly, uneven, or too loose.

If that's not enough, the layouts are cruddy and the rent is overpriced for the location (which is right off the intersection of two major highways...the only plus). I've lived in enough apartments long-enough not to put up with this lack of integrity. The lease won't be over too soon.
