The staff here are terrible. The staff is made up of a bunch of rude college girls who are stuck up and don't care about anyones apartment problems. The maintance people(which are people about 20yrs old who know nothing) do not solve problems. They come in and show act like they do something then leave, then when you call the management about it they just say "well they've already looked at it and the problem has been closed" which means we don't care so shut up.
Their lawn care is retarded the grass is always brown, should be called the browns not the greens. never rent here, its a joke. our lease is up in two months and we're gone!! Thank God!

Sometimes I think you people are crazy. You rated everything 1 or 2 stars, including safety, grounds, noise, construction. Uhh sorry, the place is in a pretty good neighborhood but I guess that's easy to ignore since you're biased. Also to the second reviewer, to some people "Out of the way" means "peaceful, more quiet area" instead of "Mcdonald's and burger king less than a mile away". - Former tenant for 2 years, biggest problem I ever had was birds nesting in the upper-level foyers...

Ditto. We're out in a matter of days. I will NEVER suggest anyone lives here. It's out of the way, like the reviewer above says the staff is rude and insults your intelligence. There is an obvious mold problem in under some apartments (I have severe mold allergies, and have been fighting allergy attacks for months because of it). There are so many places with better value in Springfield. Avoid The Greens.

What safety? My car was broken into as was several others when I lived there. They say they have security and cameras but it was all for show. Noise? That depends on who is living next to you, the walls are paper thin. I believe Out of the Way may mean access to a gas station and a grocery store which are common things that everyone needs. It isn't necessarily about a fast food place in the middle of city life. The management and maintenance crew are terrible. I am also a former tenant. The reviewer hit the nail on the head in his/her review.

Cars are STILL getting broke into? You've got to be kidding me. I lived there in 2006 and my car was broke into twice and my neighbor's motorcycle was stolen. Not to mention the 20 or so people who all had their tires slashed in the same night. The Greens needs cameras. Seriously, no thanks, never again!
