i am a poor college kid and was never at home when i lived here. when i was, i could never find a parking spot and there is ALWAYS someone coming or going to wake me up or make my dog bark. the pool has been closed for 3 months now and it looks like there is no end in sight for that construction-you have to pay for carport spots even though thats all there is next to my townhouse-and the walls are very thin-but that goes for all apts....
