old stuff and noisey in midnight

Maneger is very nice person and sinsere. but...we have lived about 1 year. this is very noisey in midnight.(weekend) and redident is bad manner. carpet is old and blind too.
especially my neiber is terrible.
but new billding is good. very quiet i recomend new one. but expensive(for rent)
