I have never lived in such a poorly managed apartment complex. I lived there for three months and the "Manager" was rude and never took care of anything. She laugh and think she was being funny but I have to be honest it came across rude and uncaring and I didn't appreciate it. Its a frat house and so noisy you can't think straight. Parking is offered in a nice covered slot if you pay for it and only if someone doesn't park there first. And if you complain all they do is post a notice on the car and nothing happens to them. I had fleas in my apartment and I didn't even have a dog or cat. I hadn't been in an apartment for years but I can tell you if this is how Wooten manages their apartments. I think I would be better off living in a card board box.

I got out as fast as I could. Thank GOD

That sounds like a really unusual situation. I lived there for over 3 years and found it to be outstanding!

I'm living here now and although I have noisy neighbors due to super thin walls, I have no other problems. It's an old apartment, you can't expect it to be a gleaming beacon of perfect property.

Yeah but I should expect what I pay for. And I don't even get that and after talking to a few other people it wasn't an unusual situation.
