It's a decent place to live, but don't get sucked in by the promise of a pool. The thing is in the shade all summer and as a result, it's FREEZING cold!
The manager is nice, but you have to watch him like hawk when it comes to paperwork. When I went to renew my lease at the end of the summer he threw a lot of signitures and new deposit a numbers my way. I told him it was all unneccessary and didn't sign or give him any money and it was totally fine. Basically, if you pay attention to what's going on, you wont get screwed.
It's very convienient to campus, and the apartments are decent. Overall it's an ok place to live. But I'm moving once my lease runs out.
