I have gone through 3 of these apartments. (I kept chaning everytime my lease was up in hopes of getting a better building)... I could fill a book on how bad this place is. The first apartment burnt to the ground because of an electrical fire, the second apartment had roaches and the AC was loud... and now my current place, the worst of them all, is infested with BROWN RECLUSE spiders. I am killing 2-3 a day now and all the manager has done is sent a guy to spray once. I am in the process of looking for a new place, it will be worth it to buy out my lease here. This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. STAY AWAY.

In short:
Not clean
Bad manager
Bugs (deadly bugs)
Cost more than it is worth

There's really no point in them spraying for spiders. I had recluse spiders at my old home and we sprayed and it really did not help. Once winter came around I didn't see anymore. Given the place was old and drafty, I can understand why there were spiders. But in an apartment I would expect better. I just recently moved out of that old house and am spider/bug free. Get out before you lose a limb due to nasty spiders.
