I got a newly refurnished model when I moved in (real nice), but everyone else's apartments suck. My roof leaked and it took a month or two to fix. I've been here 7 months, and there's still no spackle on the spot where the leak was.
This is my first apartment, but truthfully, I don't think it's the best. I have nothing to compare it to, but I'm thinking I'll get out of here when my lease is up
