We have been living in University Park since August 04 and since then the ceiling has fallen in in our first apartment due to neglect on the part of the owener. So we moved next door. When we moved the fridge did not work, so that had to be fixed. Next the heater broke and we had no heat for a week and then they "fixed it" and it ran constantly for several days (which we had to pay for) and now the ceiling is leaking AGAIN!!! We are moving ASAP. They are willing to let us out of our lease, how pathetic!!! We have not even lived there a year!Oh and since we have started dealing with them, which has been less than a year, the complex has gone through at least FIVE managers. I am telling you, DON'T LIVE HERE, it is not worth the trouble!!!
