I read these reviews and still took my chances by moving in. bad idea. lived there for 3 months and left the place nicer than it was when i moved in. cleaned, put new drip pans in the range, everything aand yet they still are claiming they used my entire deposit on cleaning. i got screwed. just like previous reviews on here warned me of. and there are spiders...big one. always shady people around and people always came and went from the place next to me, like they were dealing drugs or something.
