I agree with all of the other reviews on this website. Do anything you can to avoid this company - they will take advantage of you! It's a shame they own so much cheap property around the university because this is where not-so-wealthy students need to live. Apartments are not clean, there is water damage that is never fixed (my ceiling leaked the whole time), bugs everywhere no matter what you do to get rid of them, weird neighbors, loud noises, and to top it all off - a mean landlord. What more could you want''
