I am just completing 2 years lving at Colonial Courts at the MSU campus. I have had a very good experience while completing my studies. It si very spacious, with hardwood floors, clean andvery comfortable. The enforced no party policy is what original brought me to University Properties. If you are serious about school, this is a great place to be
