A true nightmare

I lived at Colonial Court Apartments, owned by University Properties. I always kept the apartment clean, but there were always all sorts of COCKROACHES and other bugs. In the kitchen, in the bathroom, in the living room, and in the bedroom. Everywhere. The landlord sent pest control to spray, but it made no difference. Even in winter, I found all sorts of bugs inside of the apartment. One day I even found a live cockroach inside of the silverware drawer.
Wonder why it's full of cats around Colonial Court' One day, I saw a brown MOUSE inside of my kitchen. Think about all the hygene and health hazards associated to that... I contacted the landlord and basically he did not care. He even returned my call with an email, and told me to just go buy a mouse trap!
