I lived in these apartments for 15 months and didn't have many problems while residing there. They sprayed regularly for bugs. The office staff was both friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that it's very close to the highway so you will hear traffic a lot. The parking lot lights are quite bright so I had to put a blanket in my window to sleep but I did feel safe leaving my apartment at night. The oven is quite small and there isn't much storage space. I did like my time there.
