Just like Woodgate Apartments I have a friend that used to live here. The Apartments here are almost identical to the Woodgate apartments on Ingram Mill Road in most all respects (floorplans and environment) The nieghbors are all loud and there was alot of traffic going to and from the apartment

Mostly happy Kensington is a very nice place, clean and well kept up. We did have a few bugs and the Internet is slow but other than that the only reason I will not be renewing my contract is because it's so expensive, a studio for 510 ! I can get a 2 bedroom for 530 at other places.
