Hawthorn Suites

1825 East Republic Road, Springfield, MO 65804

08/30/14 by KaylaAiken: I moved into Hawthorn Suites January of 2014. I LOVE Hawthorn Suites. Any other time the past three years I had tried to get into the apartment complex, there was never availability when I needed it. The location is probably what you pay for. It does tend to run slightly higher than other apartments in Springfield, but I believe it is because it is in the PERFECT location. People are kind and more

Abbey Apartments

1530 East Erie, Springfield, MO 65804

06/04/14 by anonymous: The Abbey is great! As a grad student, I felt very safe and the environment was well maintained. Any time I had a problem (which has been once in two years) they immediately came to fix it. Michael is easy to work with and the entire staff is so friendly. They make it easy to meet your neighbors with various events in the lobby, the pool, grilling & garden area. It is right near all shopping more

08/10/14 by The Driver: Highland Park Apartments is hands down the best apartment complex I've ever lived. Carolyn, the apartment manager, is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgable, and genuine. If you have a problem, she's right on it to fix it or find a solution. If you have any concerns or issues, she's more than willing to help. Not only is management the best apartment management I've had, I more

Battlefield Park

3020 S Sagamont Avenue, Springfield, MO 65807

09/19/14 by anonymous: I would just like to start out by saying that Battlefield Park was a great place to live! The apartments were well-kept, great location, commuter bus for campus, etc. I will have to say that certain complexes were a little more "run down" than others but those types of things are definitely fixable over time. They recently cleaned out, repainted, and "spruced" up the pool area more

Southwinds Apartments

821 South Avenue, Springfield, MO 65806

04/24/14 by Danigirl92: My husband and I have been here for two years. Great place to live. The new management here is great! The apartments are spacious for the price and the community is friendly. It does get a bit rowdy on the weekends during the school year, but it caters to quite a few college students. Honestly I love our spacious home and the free internet and cable is a nice added bonus!! more

Lake Shore Apartments

3660 S Cox Avenue, Springfield, MO 65807

08/19/14 by anonymous: First thing, understand the office staff tries to appear helpful, but they're not. So if you decide to rent here, have the office staff write down your rent amount on your initial visit. Because if you don't, they might raise it when it comes time to sign your lease -- which is what they did to us. Since we needed the apartment, we had no choice but to pay the extra $50 monthly. more
