DO NOT LIVE IN THEIR APARTMENTS THEY NEVER DO THE REPAIRS, BUT WHEN IT COMES THE FIRST OF THE MONTH THEY ALWAYS SHOW UP AND IF DO NOT PAY ON THE FIRST THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY DAY AFTER THAT. IF YOU TRY TO MOVE BEFORE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A DEPOSIT THEY ALWAYS WANT TO WIN.

Tastefully Done I have lived at university park for 3 years and It has been a very good experience. It is an older place but it is kept up and the grounds always look good. The apartments arent real fancy but the are clean and freshly painted when you move in. The response from maintence is speedy

NO PROBLEMS HERE!!! I lived at Tall Grass from May 1 2009 until August 2009. I have to say, this must be one of the nicer complexes in Springfield. I had zero maintenance issues and the management was always more than cooperative in my dealings with them. I had very little problems with noise.
