I have been living here for 2 and a half years, and I haven't had any big problems. The office staff have always been polite and helpful. The strongest point about this place is that any time I've had a maintenance issue, they've been great about getting to it right away. The thing I dislike most about living here is the noisy tenants. Residents often blare their loud music with pulsing bass. But the rent is very reasonable for my needs. I don't feel unsafe, and I'm otherwise satisfied. Would (and have) recommend to students and single people.
