I lived in this apartment building for 2 years, but had to leave due to job transfer. I would renew my lease if I could have. All the apartments are one bedroom and from what I could tell from my neighbors, we all had updated appliances, floors, or whatever was needed. My bills were in the $20 - $25 range, very reasonable. The management pays for sewer, water, and trash. I paid for Electic and Gas. Neighbors are really nice. I can tell the landlord carefully screens people. There have been no problems that I can tell and the place is really kept ship shape. Most of the apts are the same layout. Mine had a huge walk-in closet in my bedroom. I had storage in my bathroom - several shelves available. The kitchen had room for a table and chairs and I had lots of cabinets. Oh, and the best of all - central air and heat! The laundry room is nothing special, but it does it purpose. It's right down a short flight of stairs. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. The rent seemed cheaper than other places I had looked at before I signed my lease. Good value and service here.
