i have been here for 6 years and it has gotten progressively worse...NO assigned parking, so when a resident has a party good luck finding a space! and, there have been car break-ins, and cars have been "keyed." mgmt could care less. they have raised my rent every year, and have made me pay my rent by money order since the one time my check bounced two years ago! i have had a stable job for 10 years, and everyone else takes my checks except this place. maintenance is great! neighbors are mostly good, no problems there, except if u r on the bottom floor, then u can hear everything your upstairs neighbor does. the 3 pools are great!!!!! and there is a ton of grassy areas that are immaculate and very beautiful!!!!
