I liked living here in the beginning. I live in the townhomes and they are a lot nicer then the apartments. My brother lived in the apartments and he had a constant roach problem. They sprayed and he sprayed and no matter what was done there was roaches everwhere. And my brother is a really clean person so it had to be one of the neighbors or one of the many empty apartments. They can't give those things away. There has been a vacant townhome across the way from me the entire time I've live here, which is about 2 years. EMPTY!!

The townhomes are pretty nice, no bug problem. We've been having problems with the drains, toliet and stack. Sink over flowed a few times but not a big problem. Our a/c went out last summer. They fixed it within 4 days.

Also in the summer there's mobs of kids/teenagers/young adults w/o jobs hanging around all the time. They will just stand in the middle of the parking lot and just stand there!! Even when a car is coming and they can't get around the person until they move!!

Also there is obvious drug activity there...OBVIOUS.


The main problem I've had is with the staff. They don't care and there is constently new people in there. When our lease was up last April we had to make a change by added a cat onto the lease. It took them over 7months to get it together!! They would call us down to sign it and then it would not be changed. Then I told them to call me when they had it ready and they didn't call me for over 2 months. I had to call them back to remind them I hadn't signed a new lease yet!! Everytime I'd get the same answer... "who did you speak with' Oh, that person doesn't work here anymore, they left a mess behind" oh.. like that's MY problem!'!' Please!!! They even closed their doors early and NEVER answer their phones when you call. I went down there with a problem w/ the AC at about 3:30pm on a Tuesday and they would closed for the day!!! office hours are until 6pm!! No note on the door or anything.

I def would not recomend moving here but if you have to get the townhomes.
