Living here wasn't the greatest. We had a year lease, Kelly, the manager, was really nice but whenever we had an issue with our apartment she was no where to be found. Parking is always an issue, unless you got home around 4pm, if not then you were walking from the pool all the way to your town home 150 feet away. This wouldn't normally bother me if I didn't have a 3yr old that I had to lug inside. Kids for some reason just love to hang out in the parking lot. I don't know why that's cool but it is the hot spot for them. They don't like to move when you are driving in either. Our neighbors were really loud on the weekends. They had like 5 kids and they were constantly running up and down their stairs. We never had any bug problems, so that is a plus. There was a murder in the complex when we first moved in. It sucks that this had to happen where we live, but the way I see it, crime is going to happen anywhere. There is no way, no matter where you live, to stop it from happening all together. All you can do is hope for the best, park in well lit areas, and mind your business. Overall I would rate this apartment complex a 'C-'.
