When I was out looking for a nice, affordable apartment close to work I thought I had hit the jackpot when I found Ashwood. They were conveniently located off of the Page extension, they looked beautiful---crown molding, 2 bathrooms, newer kitchens and more; the elementary school is right across HWY 94 and you are very close to shopping/highways/etc. I was even more pleased when they happend to have a special where I could get my first two months rent for free when signing a 1 year lease...... and these were actually affordable Apt living in St Charles...I didnt think that was possible. How lucky was I' This all sounds so good doesnt it' Please read on...
I have been there only a year and a half and the management company has changed 3 TIMES, literally every month out of the past year the entire office staff (with the exception of the maintenance people) has changed----all new people every month!, maintenance tries to say they fix things but i have to call over and over and over and over and then it still isnt done right. Tenants let the kids run wild and they vandalize things, people leave trash in the breezeways/hallways, the dumpsters are overfilled and stink on a regular basis, and so much more. I could go on but I have written so much already....you be the judge....

I agree with you 100% my lease is up soon and can't wait to leave very noisy now and I have had to make several complaints about loud music nothing has been done.. This property is just gone down hill .So sad to see a once nice place to live brought down so bad . I've been there six years and and it is getting worst . Neighbors let their dog use it in the breezeway and leave for days and get this called the office to report and you know neighbor had the nerve to say it is not like it was there for a week . ..How nasty .. I can go on about this .. But the nightmare will end so .. I just have few more weeks at this place and can't wait .. And speaking of management changes that's just a whole different subject.
