I finally got out of the hell whole and i am so so so happy .. I knew it was bad but when I was moving out I saw all the low lifes with no jobs just hanging out and once again police in the neighborhood for loud trouble makers you know anytime cheese is put on the walls in the breezeway and just left who ever did it know they did and that is so nasty and sad that people don't take care of the area where they live. If they did not know that is a big reflection on them you know when i was leaving my movers said i see why you are leaving this it is nothing but the ghetto of st.charles they said look at the trash just running over and all the people just hanging out looks very bad.. Well maybe one day the management will enforce the rules and get the property to look nice again but in my eyes I really thinks it is too late.. I would not recommend this dump to anyone half the people who leaves there paying little or no rent so why should they care that's probably how they see it ..YOU SHOULD CARE BECAUSE THIS THE PLACE YOU CALL HOME AND WHERE YOU RAISE YOUR FAMILY AND SHOULD WANT THE PLACE TO LOOK NICE AND A PLACE WHERE YOU ARE GLAD TO COME HOME TO ! It makes me so sick how some people just don't care about nice things because the inside of the apartments are really nice it is just the nasty people that don't care about keeping the outside nice looking .. Well the best to all the ones who do care that got left at this place my advice is to get out as fast as you can ... And to my nosiy neighbors now have all the parties you wantand for the new peopl I saw moving in I feel so sorry for you.. I'm finally free from hell !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well just because a place is low income does not mean that people should not take care of the property and put trash all out no excuse !!! But one i guess that's how some low lifes like to live Hey it was not for me and my family I couldn't wait to get out Big difference from 6years ago. Knowing what i know now about alot of the people don't even pay rent why should i work everyday and pay full rent when the neighbor is paying 50 cents or nothing at all and don't care about the appearance of the place so sad.. Your spelling is as accurate as your opinion. Hole is spelled H-O-L-E not W-H-O-L-E genius. I'm glad that neighbors like you are leaving...every time someone retarded leaves it raises the properties collective IQ 10 points. I will admit that you're right about the condition of things there for the last few years, but the new management has thrown many of the trouble makers out and is replacing the siding and roofs. With a few exceptions I've had an overall positive experience here at ashwood.
