That's what they are. Every single person who who works in the office and the management company Baumann Property Company, Inc., are LAZY, RUDE, INCONSIDERATE and just plain -------. Never in my life have I seen a company treat their tenants and perspective tenants so HORRIBLE. They have terrible communication skills and all they want is your money. This apartment complex is the most UNSAFE, GHETTO, TRASHY place I have EVER been to. Don't ever move here unless you like living in the projects and like feeling unsafe in your own home.

I see things are still the same I moved out of the hell hole last year and was so happy. I would not recommend this place just as you said unless you like the projects. You can call about the noise and they say they will take care of it but nothing . Stay far away!!!!
