Ask yourself one question .. If the rent is cheap there is a reason. This place is the closest your going to get to North Saint Louis if that is what your looking for . You can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing ,saying ,yelling . You can smell everything there Smoking ....you know what I mean. They want you to try and talk to your neighbors about there rough neck , poor mannered kids that half the time are not bieng monitored by the parents . These are section 8 apartments don't let them fool you with double talk. We had a guy who was already convicted of child abuse living here and shot his 12 day old baby with a pellet gun !!! Oh but the check everyone out who lives here , no chance that a child molester or convicted child abuse men live here. BS!!My lease is up in a few months and Im already packed and ready to go.If you have a new car and don't want door dings better look elsewhere . If you let your kids run free and dont give a darn you have come to the right place !! Apply today you can have my apartment !!

I see nothing has changed at the place it's just getting worse. Seems like more thugs have moved in . The guy who robbed the man at the atm lives there too it's crazy. Makes you wonder are they even really screening people. The place is horrible but sad a once nice place gone bad.. Get out while you can and run far away unless you like the ghetto life .
