If you keep the place up inside yourself and have no kids than this would be a decent place for you. I would recommend the top floor so you don't have to listen to noisy neighbors. Management change was done around March 2008 so they seem to have a better grip on things in the office. They have tried to get away with things like charging a whole building for cigarette clean up (even if you don't smoke) Unlawful evictions (evictions must be by court order.
