We lived here for only 4 months. The apartment floded the first month, carpet pulled up 3 times and was never repaired properly, cut a huge hole in the kids bedroom to repair upstairs AC and left the mess from cutting the drywall and left the hole with exposed pipes and insulation for 6 days (over the holiday weekend)without repair. Lousy insulation from outside and upstairs noise. Amenities were always down or closed for repair. Made promises and never kept them.
