As I read the reviews I can't help but wonder why some complain so much. I mean really people if you think the rent is to high MOVE!!! But first stop and think of what you have.. Price the cost of a gym membership .. the cost of gas to get there and back..price the cost of a pool membership no matter if it's your local city pool or a ymca..now figure the cost of lawn up keep ..yep that's right gas, mowers weedeaters and all the stuff that goes with it .or a lawn care service ..now if you still think the cost is to high then I don't know what to tell you. My thoughts on The Boulders EXCELLENT!!! the eminities are great, the landscaping is beautiful (and I don't have to do it) the Condos are quiet and secure and the staff is WONDERFUL. I would recommend the Boulders to anyone....
