This place is not worth the high prices. The noise is unbearable. It's so loud sometimes that I feel like I'm living in college dorms again. Really nice landscaping and appearance. Everything needed to make the sell. But once you're locked in, you'll find out the truth....poorly built, bad maintenance, and bad customer service.

Furthermore, if that's not proof enough. It really grinds my gears that the Boulder's staff/managers are masquerading as tenants and posting reviews on this site. Just read some of the good reviews on this site. What tenant in their right mind would decribe their living space like this, I don't care how thrilled they are with the place. It must be (1) the staff, (2) the management, or (3)some tenants overdosed on Prozac and were so bored that they filled their time by trying to sell some leases/condos for their apartment complex. You decide which is most likely.

It just speaks to the integrity of the people that run this place. And also reveals what idiots they must think we are to accept their sales pitchs as tenants reviews on the internet where anybody can make a post.

So Boulder's mgmt, next time you write a review for yourself at least make it a little more fair and balanced. Then maybe, just maybe, some fool out their will believe you. But anyhow you're still in a good position because the world, especially St. Charles, is full of them.

This place gets a big DON'T BUY!!!

There's my two cents. I'll let you guys have at it.
