I like love living in the Boulders. As my first home purchase I am surprised. I will admit that I was told that the noise level is low due to thick subfloors and have since found that this is not true at all. From above me I hear footsteps, the dishwasher, the bathtub draining and vaccuming. Below I hear the garage's open and close. But otherwise I am very happy with it. For a couple just starting out it is great. Came with the washer, dryer and fridge so that saved us a few thousand dollars right there. Also the granite counter tops are very nice. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo, which I think has a great layout to maximize space. Also the 9 foot ceilings are great. I also think the staff is very nice. The only other thing that slightly bothers me is that I turned in my walkthrough sheet months ago and still have not had the work done.

IF YOU COULD DO IT AGAIN, WOULD YOU STILL BUY? HOW FAST ARE THE CONDOS REALLY SELLING? COULD YOU RESPOND TO THE NEG COMMENTS AS I AM CONSIDERING BUYING? ESPECIALLY THE ONE ABOUT THE MGT POSING AS TENANTS??? THANKS
