I have lived here for about 6 months and has been an absolute nightmare. My 220 in the basement is out so I can't use my Dryer. Was promised that the walls would be painted after I moved in, they never were. Pantry doors broken in the kitchen, a burner not working on my stove. Then theres the neighbors that's a whole another nightmare, crowds of 15 or more out in the streets in the middle of the night partying screaming and fighting with no respect to the other neighbors at all. The manager refuses to repair anything in the building, and refuses to do anything about the unruly neighbors as well.

You are totally right. I moved out about 5 months ago because of everything you just described. The neighbors were the worst part. I had my apartment broke into, car almost broke into, and the neighbors dealing drugs, cops busting in almost everyday, etc etc. I understand!!! We left over 3 months ago. Everything you say...... I BELIEVE IT!! We are sooooo happy to be out of there. I guess you weren't there when they didn.t pay the trash bill and trash piled up for 10 days We will probably have to sue for the return of our rent deposit. Just like everything else, these people think they are above the law. I am on a mission to prove them wrong. Good luck

This place is beyond being a night-mare, let me tell you something about this HELL HOLE! First of all, we all know that management SUCKS big time; however, DID you know .... they employee a REGISTARED SEX offender(?) OH yes, look it up online, and note that this is his HOME and WORK address. People, I would NOT be able to sleep at night knowing that a sex offender had the keys to my apartment and could come and go as he pleased! The City of St. Charles should shut this place down!!!
