I have lived here for 4 years now. When we first moved in it was fine. If there was a proble you would have to call the front office hundred times to just get the problem fixed. But over the last year we have been dealing with mold in my daughter closet. All they have done is come out and spray the wall with bleach. This last time it was so bad it covered the wall from the ceiling to the carpet. They came out and sprayed it with bleach again. I told them that was not enough. I was telling them there is leak somewhere that is cause the wall to get wet. So they went outside and caucked the siding and then it rained and now the wall is all wet. It has been 5 day since it rained and they now how wet it is cause they came out and looked at it and they know that there is a 5 year old and a 6 month old baby that live there and nothing has been done. we called code enforcement today and found out someone else is having the same problem right now to.
